Downtown Dahlonega pours Georgia wine in tasting rooms on and just off the Public Square, most representing a Lumpkin County or Georgia vineyard. The area sits in the Dahlonega Plateau, a federally recognized wine region since 2018. Walk between rooms, then drive out to the vineyards themselves. Tasting-room hours vary by season, so check before you go.
